1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using carsnlife.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not accept every provision, please do not use the Site.

2. Who We Are

The Site is operated by Sardor Steve Rahimov DBA “Cars N Life,” 1966 Harbor Blvd, Costa Mesa, CA 92627, USA (“Cars N Life,” “we,” “our,” “us”). Steve Rahimov is a licensed sales consultant employed by South Coast Toyota (19622 Beach Blvd, Huntington Beach, CA 92648) and provides vehicle-sales services on that dealership’s behalf.

3. Services Provided

The Site allows you to:

Request vehicle appraisals, valuations, or purchase offers

Book test-drive or trade-in appointments

Receive promotional e-mails/SMS about vehicles, financing, and related products

All offers are subject to in-person vehicle inspection, availability, credit approval, and applicable taxes/fees. Any reference to “up to 110 % of market value” is an estimate only and not a guarantee.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license to schedule or participate in a test drive.

5. Appointment Booking & Communications

Accuracy of Information – You agree to provide true, current, and complete information when booking.

Consent to Contact – By submitting your phone number or e-mail, you consent to receive calls, texts, or e-mails from us and South Coast Toyota. Message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time.

Rescheduling – We may adjust or cancel appointments due to inventory changes, safety, or staffing. We will notify you using the contact details provided.

6. Trade-In Valuations & Pricing

Valuations are non-binding until physical inspection and verification of title, mileage, and vehicle condition.

Online estimates may differ from final in-store offers.

Market value data is derived from third-party guides and recent sales but is not warranted as error-free.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, photos, and software—is owned by Cars N Life or its licensors (including Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc.) and is protected by U.S. and international IP laws. You may view or print pages solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its servers

Use any robot, crawler, or scraping tool without our written permission

Submit false or misleading information

9. Third-Party Links & Relationship with South Coast Toyota

The Site may link to South Coast Toyota’s website or other third-party pages. These sites operate independently; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Cars N Life acts as an independent contractor sales agent for South Coast Toyota, not as its legal entity.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all information are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cars N Life, South Coast Toyota, and their officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed US $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cars N Life and South Coast Toyota from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
